Log the set and get back to the bar. No sign-up, no internet, no extra screens.

What it looks like
Nothing extra: the plan, logging a set, progress, body and the exercise library.

Your plan for the day, with what you lifted last time.

An animation shows the movement and the working muscles.

Records, calories, and a nudge when it is time to add weight.

Progress by cycle weeks, not by the calendar.

Fat and muscle in kilograms — not just a number on the scale.

A library by muscle group, core included.
Three conversations
One app, but people use it differently. Pick the one that is about you - the detail is there.
Charts for every exercise, estimated one-rep max, calories, supersets and full body composition. For people who want to see what is driving the growth.
What PRO gives → 👥 Trainer modeYour clients in one app, each with their own history and plan. Send a program by link. Three clients free.
How it works → 🆓 Free versionA week of the plan, three days, all 138 exercises with animations, history and records. No sign-up, no internet needed.
How it differs from PRO ↓Why it exists
Most people log workouts in a notebook or a notes app. It works — until you need to recall what you benched in March, and why it felt easier then.
Weight and reps carry over from last time. Same set again? One button.
Everything lives on your phone. The app opens in a basement gym exactly as it does at home.
Hit your rep ceiling and the app says it is time to go heavier. No mental arithmetic.
Logged as one exercise instead of falling apart into separate rows.
Up to eight weeks, each with its own exercises. Weight history stays shared — it survives a change of program.
Several clients with separate data. Send a program as a link or a file.
Body
Your weight has not moved in a month — yet fat went down and muscle went up. The scale will never show you that. So the app tracks measurements and body composition: how much of you is fat and how much is everything else, in kilograms.
Plus a "Body and barbell" block: changes in your body sit next to your growing working weights. Apart, neither answers whether any of this is working.
What it costs
PRO removes the limits of the free tier. Nothing is deleted when you switch.
Data is never deleted — only hidden. When a subscription ends, your workouts, history and measurements stay exactly where they are and come back if you subscribe again.
About your data
Without an account the app works fully and offline. Workouts and measurements live on your phone, go nowhere and are shown to no one. We run no analytics of our own: we do not count your screens or taps. The free version carries ads from Google, which receive your device advertising identifier but not your workouts. PRO has no ads. The privacy policy has the detail.
An account is only needed if you want your records to survive a change of phone. Then - and only then - a copy of your workouts is kept with us so you can pick it up on the new device. It is created by email, without a password: one code arrives in one letter.
You can delete the account from inside the app, along with everything on the server. Records on the phone stay. And there is a file export, in case you do not want an account at all.
